If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:
Cancellation charges for international tours, peak season bookings, and special packages may differ. Please refer to the specific package terms.
We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient participation, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events. In such cases, we offer:
Requests for date changes or itinerary amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Changes requested within 15 days of departure will be treated as cancellation and rebooking.
All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in fuel costs, taxes, currency exchange rates, or government levies. Any increase in price will be communicated promptly.
What is included and excluded from each tour is clearly specified in the itinerary. Generally, inclusions cover accommodation, specified meals, transportation, and sightseeing as mentioned. Personal expenses, entrance fees (unless specified), travel insurance, airfare (unless specified), and any item not in the inclusions list are excluded.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all tours and is mandatory for international packages and adventure tours. Gandaki Travels offers optional travel insurance and is not liable for any loss or expense arising from inadequate insurance coverage.
For international tours, it is the traveler's responsibility to possess a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from return date) and obtain the required visa. While we assist with visa processing, we cannot guarantee visa approval. Visa rejection fees are non-refundable.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for the tour. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. Adventure and high-altitude tours may require a medical fitness certificate.
Gandaki Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.). We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity arising from actions of third-party service providers. Our liability is limited to the tour cost paid.
We shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, acts of God, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government restrictions, or extreme weather conditions.
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, guides, and local communities. We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any traveler whose behavior is deemed disruptive or harmful without any refund.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where our registered office is located.
